Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 3pati Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
During registration, you agree to provide truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information requested for identity verification (KYC) purposes. 3pati operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 3pati will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account access details. You must notify 3pati support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3pati reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole and absolute discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
3pati accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotional offer.

Deposits made in error by the Player are non-reversible once credited to the gaming account. 3pati uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable games, independently audited by a third-party testing laboratory. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers and are subject to their own operational controls in addition to 3pati's oversight.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 3pati reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. This is the Company's sole liability in respect of technical failures. The Company shall not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of a Player's own internet connection failures or device issues.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's own request (voluntary closure), any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances.

All content on the 3pati Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, audio, video, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3pati or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 3pati.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3pati and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3pati will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by applicable law, regulation, or court order, or as necessary to operate the Platform and process transactions (e.g., sharing data with payment processors such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa strictly for transaction purposes).
3pati reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered to your account. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3pati holds its operating licence. The Company aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
